We download the orders from the site each working day morning at approx 10.30 am.
All orders are then picked and despatched during that same day.

Returns will only be accepted from UK based customers, provided they are returned within 7 days in the original packaging.
All our costumes are supplied by Rubies, Ceasar UK and Smiffys leading UK manufacturers of quality licensed products. In the case of branded items - all are official merchandise. All our products are brand new.
Please note: With Fancy Dress Costumes, we understand that customers may wish to try them on, however we would ask that th costumes be returned in a perfect condition. We reserve the right to charge upto £10 where a costume has been worn.
